Amethyst

Ok!! So this is my first post that is informal and about something different than business. So..... Amethyst.... is a really pretty purple rock that is a type of Quartz. Unfornately, I don't have any pics of it so you can't see it but soon I will photograph my rocks and I'll put pics up!!! Anyway, Amethyst can be in the form of a geode or a rock. It is extremly pretty (I think I already metioned that....) and I do own a tumbled piece that I tumbled myself!!!! I think I'll just keep this blog as an informational blog about rocks..... unless you readers want me to change the style. Anyway..... Amethyst is found in Brazil,, Uruguay, Sri Lanka, Canada, the Urals(USSR), Zambia, and Czechoslovakia. And that is my post about Amethyst!!!

Changes

I've decided that this blog would be my hobby page instead. I really just don't have time to drill rocks right now... not to metion that I don't even have a drill yet. So I just decided that this blog is now a hobby page. If you are still interested in buying tumbled rocks from me, leave me a comment and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you and now I'm gonna stop talking so formal cause now this blog is a hobby page.

Ya, I know. I haven't posted on this blog in a while. The thing is.... well.... my business isn't going as good as I thought it would be. I haven't found a good drill yet and I'm always busy doing schoolwork and stuff so I don't have a lot of time. But I will try my best!!

A Little Slow

It just happens that I was on vacation for a long time, so I didn't have the chance to do any more rock tumbling! I will start up again tomorrow. It might take me a while to have jewelry ready for sale, but I will try my hardest!!

1 Week!!

Yes!!!! I have completed one week of rock tumbling! Now I have 3 more weeks left but I get my tonsils out next Friday so I will have to wait to start the tumbling again. It'll be awhile before I have products to sell because I'm not sure how to make the jewlery yet but I'll figure it out. I hope to have products by mid-July!!!!!!

What I saw in D.C.

In D.C., the Smithsonian Natural History Museum had a rock exhibit!! I was so thrilled!!! They had meteorites. gems, and rocks. It was probably my most favorite thing in D.C. There were so many different types of rocks and gems!!! I had to go back with my mom because I felt kinda rushed when my brothers were there and wanted to leave. I had a wonderful time gazing at all the rocks. I'm going to start a new batch of rocks today or tomorrow!!! The process takes four weeks and I might have to stop after the second week because I have to get my tonsils out. :(
Eventually I will have some jewelry ready for sale!!

My New Blog

One of my favorite things to do is tumble rocks!! It's one of my passions. This blog will be used only to show products to buyers. I hope you like my products!!!!
